Cricket fans are super excited, as another Cricket tournament is around the corner. Yes, you are right, we are talking about the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 season. ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is one of the most loved and watched Cricket tournaments. It is an international Cricket tournament followed by millions of fans from all around the world. It is organized by ICC or the International Cricket Council in a twenty-twenty format.
The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup was 1st organized in 2007 by the International Cricket Council. The 1st season was hosted by South Africa on 11 September, in which 12 teams were participating to compete against one another. The first match of the 1st season took place at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa between Kenya and Bangladesh. The final match was played between India and Pakistan on 24th Sept, in which India emerged as the champion of the very first season of The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
Over the period, the thrilling matches of this tournament have captivated the love of millions of Cricket fans from all around the world. Now, another season of the ICC men’s T20 World Cup is going to start from 1 June 2024. This season will be hosted by the United States and West Indies.
